Key Responsibilities

The Head Sales & Operations is responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing market and customer behavior, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple learning centers. This role leads both sales and marketing efforts while supervising Center Managers to maintain high-quality standards, efficient operations, and strong business performance.

Job Description
  • Lead and direct sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, targeted marketing initiatives, and customer-focused campaigns that drive business growth.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including branch expansion, preparation for new center openings, and achievement of pre-sales targets.

  • Develop, implement, and standardize sales processes (SOPs), manage conversion strategies, and coordinate event-based sales and promotional activities across all centers.

  • Supervise up to 5 learning centers, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and optimal resource allocation.

  • Set KPIs with Center Managers, manage budgets, and report on financial and sales performance.

  • Ensure high teaching and service standards, address customer feedback, and execute strategies to boost student satisfaction and retention.

  • Work closely with L&D, Finance, and Marketing teams to support company-wide initiatives and contribute to regional strategic planning.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in multi-site management, preferably in the education or service industry.

  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, operations management, and customer-centric strategy execution.

  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and motivate diverse teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and consistency.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
