About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (Mandarin) to join our dynamic and growing team at Indonesia Bole Yuma Human Resources Group. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the human resources strategy and supporting the overall business objectives of our organisation in Sukabumi, West Java.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations
- Serving as a strategic business partner to department heads, providing HR expertise and advice to support their operational and talent needs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
- Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions
- Leading and mentoring the HR team to enhance their skills and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably within the HR consulting or shared services industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Mandarin both written and verbal
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment
