Responsibilities :
Strategic Plan Development and Implementation
Assist in data collection, report preparation, and meeting coordination to support the execution of strategic plans.
Budget Development and Implementation
Support budget preparation, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial alignment with strategic priorities.
Monitoring and Reporting
Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare progress reports for informed decision-making.
Administrative Support and Resource Management
Provide administrative support for scheduling, resource allocation, and accurate budget/resource tracking.
Stakeholder Communication
Prepare communication materials, manage correspondence, and organize meetings to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
Innovation
Research best practices, contribute ideas, and support initiatives that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Risk Management
Assist in risk identification, data collection, and the development of mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Strategy Manager.
Change Management
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in strategy support, business planning, budgeting, or project management.
- Proven experience in data collection, report preparation, and financial monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Experience in supporting cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of strategic frameworks, risk management, and change management processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and [local language if needed].
