Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Tech Sales / Business Development Manager
to drive our revenue growth across the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. This is a pivotal role, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and play a key role in shaping our regional growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Prospecting:
Identify and engage new clients through networking, social channels, and direct outreach. - Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
Manage the entire B2B sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to build a strong, high-quality pipeline. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture deep relationships with senior stakeholders such as brand directors, e-commerce leads, and marketing heads. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client developments to position our solutions effectively. - Product Promotion:
Represent the company at leading industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Desired Profile:
- Experience:
5–7 years in B2B tech sales, SaaS, or enterprise software, ideally with exposure to the Asian or Southeast Asian markets. - Results-Driven:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong deal conversion skills. - Market Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian digital ecosystem, including platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. - Communication:
Excellent command of English, with the ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts effectively. - Strategic Mindset:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adept at identifying growth opportunities. - Interpersonal Skills:
