— someone who can see the big picture, dive deep into client challenges, and turn insights into marketing strategies that actually move the needle.
At GetFound, you'll lead the charge in building strong, data-driven partnerships with our clients. You'll work with a team of talented strategists and account managers to craft full-funnel marketing strategies that don't just look good — they drive real business results.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Strategists to build meaningful, long-term partnerships with clients.
- Shape
full-funnel strategies
from awareness to conversion that truly drive business outcomes, not just marketing metrics. - Deep-dive into client challenges and pain points through research and data analysis, then translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Be the strategic partner clients trust, someone who connects the dots between marketing, growth, and business impact.
- Collaborate closely with
Performance, Creative, and Operations
teams to turn insights into powerful campaigns that deliver real results. - Own retention and growth across accounts from client satisfaction to upsell opportunities and portfolio expansion.
- Spot and experiment with new ways to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation across the client portfolio.
Who We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in
digital marketing, growth strategy, or client management
, with at least 3 years leading a team. - A strategic thinker who's comfortable going deep researching industries, analyzing client funnels, and finding opportunities others miss.
- Proven experience leading
client-facing teams
in a marketing or agency setup, ideally across multiple channels. - Strong understanding of
full-funnel marketing
from brand building to performance optimization. - Excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas and build trust with both clients and internal teams.
- Hands-on and collaborative; you lead by example and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong in
English
, both oral and written. - Must be able to work from our office in
Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO)
