We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices, talent management, labor law compliance, and organizational development. The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, and ensuring a productive and compliant work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Build employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement programs and communication.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive a high-performance culture.
- Support managers in setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and developing talent.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure regular benchmarking and internal equity alignment.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
- Implement succession planning initiatives for key roles.
Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Update and maintain employee handbook, policies, and procedures in line with legal changes.
HR Reporting & Systems
Maintain accurate HR records and reports for management and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee HRIS systems and HR analytics to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in industries such as water, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
