- Define and execute the strategy for each specific sales channel & territory, ensuring clear targets, and differentiated programs are in place to achieve business objectives
- Design, plan, and execute strategic Programs and Promotions (including trade promo, consumer promo, sampling, SPG, and POSM)
- Developing, controlling, and monitoring the budget for all channel programs and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)
Qualification
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Administration, Marketing or other related major
- Has at least 5 years of experience in FMCG or retail sales/channel development
- Experience in trade marketing, promotion planning, and channel program execution
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Proficient in Excel and data-driven performance tracking
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
