Requirement:

  • Min. D3/S1 majoring in food engineering or other relevant majors

  • Experienced in QC/QA for at least 1 year

  • Independent, energetic and have a willingness to learn

  • Having a good communication skills

  • Willing to work in a shift system

  • Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point

Responsibilites:

  • Monitoring systems and procedures to make sure in accordance with regulations standard (GMP, HALAL, HACCP)

  • Monitoring research process by RnD departement (scale up, adjusment and reformulation) make sure with the specified standard

  • Coordinate daily activity of QC process inspector

  • Perform product analysis biologically, chemically, and physically according to specified standards (Passed, Quarantine, Rejected)

  • Assists the QA/QC Manager & QA/QC Supervisor in developing and maintaining the procedures and work
