Requirement:
Min. D3/S1 majoring in food engineering or other relevant majors
Experienced in QC/QA for at least 1 year
Independent, energetic and have a willingness to learn
Having a good communication skills
Willing to work in a shift system
Certified for certain skills ( Halal Certified, Food Handler Certified, HACCP) is a must, other certification will be plus point
Responsibilites:
Monitoring systems and procedures to make sure in accordance with regulations standard (GMP, HALAL, HACCP)
Monitoring research process by RnD departement (scale up, adjusment and reformulation) make sure with the specified standard
Coordinate daily activity of QC process inspector
Perform product analysis biologically, chemically, and physically according to specified standards (Passed, Quarantine, Rejected)
Assists the QA/QC Manager & QA/QC Supervisor in developing and maintaining the procedures and work
