Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Retail Operation Support Specialist to join our team in Indonesia. This role is crucial for supporting the successful launch and operation of our retail stores in the Indonesia market. You will primarily act as a bridge between our China headquarters and local store operations, focusing initially on training support, documentation translation, operational oversight, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities (Initial Phase):

  • Store Training & SOP Translation (70%):

  • Assist in the delivery and coordination of store training programs for local Indonesian staff.

  • Accurately translate store operation manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and other operational documents from Chinese to Indonesian (and vice versa as needed).
  • Ensure translated materials are clear, culturally appropriate, and effectively support store operations.

  • Store Operations Supervision (20%):

  • Conduct regular store visits to observe operational standards and provide on-ground support.

  • Assist in monitoring store compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Identify operational gaps or challenges at the store level and report findings.

  • Store Data Analysis (10%):

  • Assist in collecting, compiling, and analyzing basic store operational data (e.g., sales reports, foot traffic, basic KPI tracking).

  • Help prepare reports to highlight trends and support operational decision-making.
  • Note: The allocation of responsibilities (70%/20%/10%) is expected to evolve as the business matures in the Indonesia market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written) is essential for effective communication with HQ and translation tasks. Fluent in Indonesian (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in the retail industry OR experience in the training/learning & development field is a plus, strong understanding of retail store operations fundamentals is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
