Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of HR experience, with solid exposure as HR Manager/Business Partner.
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor law & HR operations.
- A people-oriented, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English both written and spoken
