Job Description

We're looking for a passionate HR professional to join our leadership team In this role, you'll report directly to C-level management and take the lead in driving HR excellence, compliance, and culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR division and oversee recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide solutions.
  • Build initiatives and channels to attract top talent in hospitality & service
  • Ensure HR operations run smoothly and align with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of HR experience, with solid exposure as HR Manager/Business Partner.
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor law & HR operations.
  • A people-oriented, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment..
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English both written and spoken
