Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot automation system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and software faults.
- Support engineers in developing and modifying PLC and HMI programs.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for automation and control systems.
- Assist in the commissioning of new automated equipment and production lines.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and reliability.
- Maintain detailed maintenance and troubleshooting records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum
3–5 years of hands-on experience
in industrial automation or maintenance. - Strong understanding of
PLC systems
(Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi). - Experience with
sensors, pneumatic systems, servo drives, and industrial networking
. - Basic understanding of
HMI/SCADA operation and programming
is an advantage. - Able to read and interpret
electrical diagrams and technical documentation
. - Strong analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in shifts or respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
