We are looking for an experienced
Recruitment and Talent Development Manager
to join our team. This role is critical in driving our talent acquisition strategies and ensuring continuous employee development to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles within the organization.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience in recruitment and talent development
    , preferably in the
    manufacturing industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent development frameworks, and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
