Job Descriptions:
- Daily Operation Management: Assist domestic assigned managers in managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shelving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
- Inventory Control: Implement and supervise strict inventory management processes, ensuring system inventory matches actual stock (maintain high inventory accuracy); regularly organize cycle counts and full inventory counts.
- Local Team Management: Assist in recruitment, training, management, and motivation of the local warehouse team (including forklift operators, pickers, administrators, etc.), fostering an efficient and safe work environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Strictly enforce health and safety (K3) regulations, ensuring warehouse operations comply with company policies and local laws; lead safety training and accident prevention.
- System Operation & Reporting: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems, generating operational reports and reporting to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management, preferably in a retail company.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management regulations, processes, and best practices.
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics planning, and team management.
- Proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to conduct daily communication in Chinese.
