Product Trainer Supervisor - Agriculture Machinery - Depok (B- ). Our client is an Agriculture Machinery Company seeking a Product Trainer Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Build Training Curriculum, Skill Grading, Training Aid and Development Program.
- Create and in charge Annual Training Plan and Schedule, Manage Event, Trainer, Budget and Administration.
- Conduct Training Event, Record Result, Monitor Field Implementation within certain period.
- Conduct Skill Assessment Event and Record Result.
- Design, Translate and Provide Products Digital Content and Promotion Stuff.
- Provide and Translate New & exist Product Technical Education Material.
- Provide and Translate New & exist Product Manual and related guidance.
- Control Product Type Approval Certificate validity period (SNI / Test Report) for BIG tractor.
- Prepare budget, administration and for these products.
- Monitor Service Network manpower, facility, and equipment readiness.
- Conduct process audit for service readiness compliance in Service Network.
- Manage Product Sample taken from warehouse until back to Sales inventory.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
- Conversational English.
- Min 3 years of experience as supervisor in training center of construction/agriculture machinery or heavy equipment.
- Have knowledge/experience of process product type approval.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office.
