Role Description
This full-time, on-site Catering Site Manager role is based in Jakarta and involves overseeing the coordination and execution of onsite contract based daily catering. Key responsibilities include managing setups, supervising staff, ensuring food and beverage quality, and delivering exceptional service to align with the company's standards. The role also requires maintaining high levels of organization, solving logistical challenges, and maintaining adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Food Service and Beverage Management
- Experience in Catering services and Food & Beverage preparation
- Strong Customer Service and client relations skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills for managing onsite staff and operations
- Ability to coordinate and manage high-profile, large-scale events
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or industrial catering industry is highly desirable
