Job Requirement – Lead Digital Marketing

Position Overview

The Lead Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to drive brand growth, enhance online visibility, and optimize marketing performance across all digital platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, and Performance Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experienced with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage digital campaigns that drive measurable results (traffic growth, conversion, ROI).

  • Solid understanding of branding, consumer journey, and omni-channel marketing.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

  • Up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and technologies in digital marketing.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, startup, or consumer goods industry.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing Strategy.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics dashboards and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Strong creative direction skills with a data-driven mindset.
