Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop layout plans, construction drawings, and budgets to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (including regional BD) and external vendors to support project planning and readiness.
  • Supervise retail store construction, conduct quality and safety inspections, and ensure timely defect rectification.
  • Analyze project costs and store repair data to recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure smooth handover processes through joint inspections and accurate final documentation.
  • Maintain organized project documentation for traceability and compliance.
  • Manage minor store maintenance and support continuous improvement of engineering standards and system.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail construction or fit-out projects.
  • Familiar with construction supervision, quality control, and fit-out practices.
  • Able to read and review technical drawings; proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel for project needs.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
