Job Responsibilities:
- Review and develop layout plans, construction drawings, and budgets to ensure project feasibility and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (including regional BD) and external vendors to support project planning and readiness.
- Supervise retail store construction, conduct quality and safety inspections, and ensure timely defect rectification.
- Analyze project costs and store repair data to recommend improvements and cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure smooth handover processes through joint inspections and accurate final documentation.
- Maintain organized project documentation for traceability and compliance.
- Manage minor store maintenance and support continuous improvement of engineering standards and system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail construction or fit-out projects.
- Familiar with construction supervision, quality control, and fit-out practices.
- Able to read and review technical drawings; proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel for project needs.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
