JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Identify new (large account) customers through existing networks and expand new networking opportunities to meet targeted goals.

  • Provide the best solution offerings to potential customers, including competitor analysis, value propositions, and market-based pricing strategies to win deals in a competitive landscape.

  • Persuade and negotiate with potential customers to secure deals as quickly as possible.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement and handle day-to-day issues (troubleshooting) related to sales performance.

  • Analyze and plan service, solution, and value-added developments offered by competitors to refine and strengthen sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Marketing / Sales within Supply Chain / Logistics Systems, or a minimum of 1 year experience as a Logistics Sales professional.

  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

  • Proficient in sales techniques and strategies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create reports and business correspondence.

  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (warehousing, distribution/trucking, and logistics).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  • Able to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
