Job Description

  • Manage all marketing and brand management activities for the Moms & Baby category, ensuring brand growth and strong market positioning.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and annual marketing plans, covering brand positioning, communication, and budget management.
  • Supervise the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are effective, targeted, and consistent with Momsy's brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize media buying activities (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace ads) to achieve awareness, engagement, and sales targets.
  • Develop and oversee affiliate marketing programs, KOL collaborations, and community engagement initiatives to expand audience reach and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and consumer data analysis to understand trends, purchase behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and potential threats, and take corrective actions to improve brand and campaign performance.
  • Lead the New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) processes in coordination with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Design, and Finance).
  • Coordinate with external agencies (digital, creative, media, KOL management, and research) to ensure all activities align with Momsy's brand values and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales, e-commerce, and distribution teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support sales and business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign and brand performance regularly, preparing evaluation reports and strategic recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain brand consistency and image across all communication channels, including digital, retail, and public relations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles — preferably from FMCG, Personal Care, Beauty, or Moms & Baby categories.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, PR, and product activation).
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends, especially within the Moms & Baby segment.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace ads.
  • Skilled in managing KOLs, affiliate programs, and influencer campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and branding sense.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
