Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Specialist to join our team at A-Tech Indonesia & Inspace Studio's showroom at Ebony Island PIK 2 in Jakarta. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on our product offerings. The role includes managing showroom displays, assisting with sales transactions, maintaining customer records, and supporting sales strategies. The Showroom Sales Specialist will also coordinate with our technical and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster long-term relationships by delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in showroom management or sales, preferably within the technology or electronics industry
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a consultative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and proactive attitude
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
