About the Role
We are looking for a
Junior Marketplace Admin
to manage and grow our presence across key online platforms including
Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and other international marketplaces
. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and passionate about e-commerce operations and performance marketing.
You will play a critical role in ensuring product listings, pricing, campaigns, and customer operations run smoothly while supporting marketing initiatives to maximize visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Oversee daily operations across marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, etc.).
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock synchronization, and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment status, and handle customer inquiries.
- Track and report performance metrics: sales, conversion, traffic, and ad ROI.
Campaign & Promotion Management
- Coordinate participation in platform campaigns (e.g., 11.11, Ramadan, payday sales).
- Set up and manage marketplace vouchers, bundles, and discount promotions.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align paid ads and content strategy with marketplace goals.
Advertising & Performance Optimization
- Execute and monitor marketplace ad campaigns (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalora campaigns).
- Analyze campaign performance (CPIA, ROI,) and optimize for best results.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and competitor activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields. - Experience:
2–3 years experience in marketplace management, e-commerce admin, or operations role (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred). - Strong understanding of
CPIA, ROI analysis, and online ad performance metrics. - Proficient in
Excel/Google Sheets
, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiar with
Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre, and Zalora Partner Portal. - Excellent communication skills in
English and Bahasa Indonesia. - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
with a strong sense of ownership. - Must be
based in Bogor
or willing to work
onsite full-time.
