is accelerating the shift to green mobility by rapidly expanding our nationwide EV charging network. We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Partnership Specialist to lead B2B sales, forge strategic partnerships, and support site development. This role will play a key part in driving our Business Cooperation Contract (BCC) initiatives, requiring strong business acumen and a proactive approach to growth.

Location: Jakarta (HQ) , Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Bali

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach
    Potential investors and partners for Business Cooperation Contract (BCC)
    opportunities in the development of V-Green EV charging stations across Indonesia.
  • Research and secure locations for EV charging stations in high-potential areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property or business owners.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with partners.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential franchise Potential client is Fleet Business, Rental Car, Car Market

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales
  • Based in Jakarta (HQ / Java Team), or Sumatra, Bali, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi (for Regional Team)
  • Strong networking skills: connections in property, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés), or public spaces
  • Experience in property (Rumah Bersubsidi), automotive,insurance, or MLM
  • Understand investor relations or working with private investors or well-capitalized individuals is a plus.
  • Comfortable with traveling or relocating outside Jakarta or Other Island
  • Able to join ASAP.
