Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Secondary Chemistry Teacher to teach the Cambridge curriculum for 2026/2027 academic school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry education, a deep understanding of the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE & A -Level), and a genuine desire to inspire students to excel in their studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach the Cambridge curriculum to secondary school students, fostering a love for Chemistry.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in Chemistry
Qualifications:
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, Jawa Barat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Chemistry in a secondary school setting.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
