Food Stylist will direct report to Cluster Executive Chef

Food Stylist is responsible for creating artistic and decorative food presentations that elevate guest experiences and reinforce the resort's brand image. This role blends creativity and precision to deliver innovative food styling while ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative fruit, vegetable, and food styling for events, restaurants, and special occasions at Royal Safari Garden.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to integrate artistic presentations into menus, buffets, and thematic displays.
  • Innovate and develop seasonal and event-based food styling concepts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards in all food styling activities.
  • Manage decorative and styling materials efficiently, minimizing waste while maximizing visual impact.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food Stylist, Food Carver, or Culinary Decorator within hospitality, catering, or event settings.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills in food styling, plating, and decorative presentations.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver visually appealing results under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during special events as required.
