Role Overview
The Junior PMO supports the Project Management team in project administration, monitoring, and reporting activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders. The Junior PMO ensures transparency and compliance with the defined project methodology.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Administration

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (minutes of meeting, issue log, risk register, project tracker).
  • Support the preparation of project meetings, including agendas, presentation materials, and minutes.
  • Maintain the project repository and ensure all documentation is properly organized.

2. Project Monitoring

  • Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.
  • Update project dashboards and status reports regularly.
  • Follow up on action items assigned during project meetings.

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for management.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Manager in handling minor issue escalations.

4. Quality & Compliance Support

  • Ensure project documentation meets quality standards.
  • Support compliance checks, audit readiness, and governance requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or Finance).
  • 1–2 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or support roles.
  • Fresh graduates with internship or large-scale project/event experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • English proficiency (at least in reading and writing for documentation).

Preferred Skills / Certifications
  • Experience managing large-scale events or projects, involving coordination with senior management.
  • Prior exposure to banking or IT projects is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner, and strong team player.
