Bachelor Degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in the building maintenance (mall, apartment or office tower) and experience as a supervisor
Handle maintenance and preventive process for operational building
Expert in specific technical skills: chiller, AC, genset, electrical installation, smoke detector, etc
Excellent analytical and problem solving skill.
Able to work individually as well as in team-oriented environment
