Responsibilities
- Intermediate English proficiency is a MUST
- Prepare and manage export-import documents (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, PEB, PIB).
- Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Bea Cukai (Indonesian Customs) regulations.
- Monitor shipping schedules and follow up on delivery progress.
- Manage ticket booking, rebooking, and cancellations.
- Organize transport schedules and ensure documents are accurate.
- Support internal teams and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage corporate social media accounts according to company guidelines.
- Upload and schedule pre-prepared content consistently.
- Monitor notifications, comments, and messages, forwarding inquiries to the right team.
- Knowledgeable about current trends in social media to ensure relevance.
- Understand social media tools and reporting, including calculating reach and impressions.
- Provide basic performance reports to track engagement and growth.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree (All major / Logistics or related field preferred).
- At least 1+ year of experience in EXIM or logistics admin.
- Familiar with procedures and export-import
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great communication skills.
