Responsibilities

  • Intermediate English proficiency is a MUST
  • Prepare and manage export-import documents (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, PEB, PIB).
  • Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Bea Cukai (Indonesian Customs) regulations.
  • Monitor shipping schedules and follow up on delivery progress.
  • Manage ticket booking, rebooking, and cancellations.
  • Organize transport schedules and ensure documents are accurate.
  • Support internal teams and provide excellent customer service.
  • ⁠Manage corporate social media accounts according to company guidelines.
  • ⁠Upload and schedule pre-prepared content consistently.
  • ⁠Monitor notifications, comments, and messages, forwarding inquiries to the right team.
  • ⁠Knowledgeable about current trends in social media to ensure relevance.
  • ⁠Understand social media tools and reporting, including calculating reach and impressions.
  • ⁠Provide basic performance reports to track engagement and growth.⁠

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree (All major / Logistics or related field preferred).
  • At least 1+ year of experience in EXIM or logistics admin.
  • Familiar with procedures and export-import
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and great communication skills.
