Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard local streamers, hosts, and high-value spenders (VIPs) from competing platforms.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with independent hosts and agencies, and provide daily operational support to resolve host-related issues.
- Plan and execute in-app events, including voice room activities, PK battles, and promotional campaigns, to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue, retention, and livestream quality; identify growth opportunities and address policy violations.
- Collect and analyze market trends and user feedback to propose improvements for app features, monetization models, and community operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, or Operations within the entertainment or social media industry.
- Strong understanding of the local live-streaming, short-video, and social entertainment ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data literacy and ownership mindset, with the ability to independently drive recruitment and operational objectives.
