Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a
Sales Specialist
at Performa Optima Group located in Gresik, East Java. The
Sales Specialist
will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by promoting and selling IT solutions, products, and services to government institutions and public sector clients. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals in response to government tenders, and ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations. The Sales Specialist collaborates closely with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of government agencies. A strong understanding of government procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures within public sector organizations are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in the B2G (Business-to-Government) segment.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement procedures, e-catalogue systems, and tender processes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in industry
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales B2B area
  • Strong understanding of coating chemistry, formulation, and application processes
  • Have ability to build relationship with new customer
  • Have extensive relation with current customer
  • Target oriented and proven track record be able to deliver sales growth
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (advantage)
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial coating markets
  • Conduct technical presentations on Nippon Paint industrial coating products and solutions
  • Build new customer and maintain strong relationships with existing industrial clients
  • Achieving sales target set by Management
  • Formulate and develop sales strategy and ensure quick and accurate implementationBuild positive relationship and good communication with all customer
  • Controlling stock, PO, and delivery goods
