What you'll do
- Build and maintain FlexSim models for lines, cells, and material flow
- Run scenarios to test layout, staffing, and scheduling options
- Collect data on cycle time, yield, and downtime to validate models
- Help map workflows and propose improvements backed by simulation results
- Prepare standard work and basic work instructions
- Support problem solving with 5 Whys and Pareto
- Keep clear reports and present findings to the team
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar)
- Hands-on FlexSim skills: basic model building, process flow objects, experiments, and simple dashboards
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic Lean knowledge (waste, 5S)
- Able to read simple technical drawings
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Curious, practical, and willing to learn on the shop floor
Nice to have
- Internship, lab, or project experience in manufacturing or operations
- Basic statistics or Minitab/JMP exposure
- CAD basics for layout updates
- SQL or Python basics for data cleaning
