4 plants in Indonesia

- PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia - Sidoarjo
- PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia - Malang
Responsibilities
- Support project management throughout product development and delivery phases, facilitating the achievement of project objectives in schedule, quality and cost control.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, maintaining progress records and providing timely updates.
- Oversee equipment installation, commissioning progress, issue resolution tracking, and acceptance procedures.
- Demonstrate risk identification capabilities by recognizing, analyzing and evaluating project risks, while collaborating with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Supervise documentation output at each project phase, ensuring its completeness and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate resource allocation among different projects and manage inter-project conflicts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in both English and Mandarin as working languages(Must to have,HSK 3 and above level),Educational background in Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Motion Control; Master's degree preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, and resilient under pressure; strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills; team player with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities, able to collaborate with teams to analyze and resolve issues systematically.
- Experience in non-standard automation equipment project management and familiarity with project management processes is a plus.
- Prior experience in multinational companies or internships is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
