We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Product Designer to join us. You will shape the interactions, and user journeys across web and mobile, helping us set a new benchmark for elegance and usability in communication tools.
Role Overview
As our Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the product experience, and overall design direction of the app. across both web and mobile.
You should have a strong sense for minimalist, modern, clean, calm, and subtly elegant design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms
- Create pixel-perfect, production-ready UI assets, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design intent is preserved through development
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Stay current with modern and futuristic UI/UX patterns to continuously elevate product quality
- Maintain alignment with Blue Pigeon's preferred design language and visual patterns.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience across web and mobile
- Demonstrated ability to design modern, minimal, clean, and futuristic interfaces
- Strong portfolio with aesthetic and quality similar to Chime, Asana, Figma, or other high-end SaaS/mobile products
- Deep understanding of minimalist and calm design principles—balanced spacing, subtle gradients, soft colors, and visual restraint
- Mastery of Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong command of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to design responsive, accessible, and highly user-friendly interfaces.
Nice to Have
- Experience with micro-interactions, animations, or motion design
- Familiarity Figma.
