What we’re looking for- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, or related field — talented high school graduates with strong dev skills are also welcome
- 4+ years solid experience in C# / C++ / Java
- Strong grasp of OOP, SDLC, and software architecture best practices
- Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and a motivated team player
- Proven leadership & mentoring experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Placement is in Salatiga (with an optional probation period in Bandung). After probation, applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
- Experience in system architecture reviews & project management
