About the role
As the Production Manager at PT Frina Lestari Nusantara, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the company's manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, where you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes to meet the company's strategic objectives.
Qualification :
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in plastic manufacturing)
- Understanding of the basic principles of injection molding, blow molding, and assembly machines
- Proficiency in production planning, material management, and cost control techniques
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or equivalent standards
- Able to use ERP/MRP software and production support applications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement concepts
Job Description :
- Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities in the injection molding, blow molding, and assembly areas.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in accordance with company targets.
- Ensure that production processes run according to established quality, quantity, and time standards.
- Oversee the use of machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
- Implementing quality control systems at every stage of production
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical and non-technical issues on the production line
- Developing and training the production team to improve skills and productivity
- Maintaining compliance with occupational safety (K3) and environmental policies
- Coordinating with other departments such as R&D, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain
- Prepare production reports, efficiency analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Willing to work with high targets and in a dynamic work environment
