Position Overview:
The Marketing Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the overall brand, marketing, and digital strategies for the company. As a key leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, the role is responsible for overseeing all marketing functions and leading a cross-functional team of experts.
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role that demands expertise in brand development, digital marketing, content strategy, and community engagement. You will be responsible for setting the direction of the company's branding and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving growth and visibility across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and positioning the company as a leader in the baby and mother equipment market.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms, aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Lead the creation of impactful content strategies, ensuring high-quality, relevant content is produced for all digital and traditional marketing efforts.
- Community Development: Build and nurture strong online communities through strategic engagement and content, helping to establish the company as a trusted brand.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals, ensuring high levels of collaboration across departments and functions.
- External Relationships & Partnerships: Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and external agencies to enhance brand presence and reach.
- E-commerce & Merchandising: Oversee e-commerce strategy, product listing, and online sales growth. Ensure seamless coordination with the merchandising team to optimize product offerings and retail experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a manager (10+ years) in brand strategy, digital marketing, and content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in community-building strategies and managing large-scale, online communities.
- Strong understanding of the baby and mother product market, with an ability to tailor marketing efforts to this demographic.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, resource-constrained environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
