Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate data, timely documentation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily sales administration tasks including data entry, sales order processing, and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales contracts, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoice processing.
  • Assist in generating sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up with clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to administrative matters, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing rules, and documentation standards.
  • Assist in other administrative or coordination tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
