Who You AreYou are a thoughtful and Social Media & Marketing Specialist with experience across luxury, wellness, lifestyle, or boutique e-commerce. You understand that marketing is not just about sales, but about building cultural presence, shaping narratives, and nurturing emotional resonance. You are equally comfortable planning campaigns and executing them — whether through PR outreach, influencer seeding, SEO-driven content, or paid advertising funnels.

Your RoleAs Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be the guardian of VICII’s growth engine — translating its poetic brand vision into measurable visibility, conversion, and loyalty. You will design and execute campaigns, build influencer and PR relationships, oversee paid and organic channels, and work closely with the Creative Director and design team to ensure that every activation reflects VICII’s luxury identity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand campaigns that integrate storytelling with measurable growth outcomes.
- Coordinate PR outreach and influencer seeding with carefully curated luxury, wellness, and design voices.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google) with a focus on CAC and AOV efficiency.
- Oversee SEO and Journal content strategy , ensuring cultural authority and organic traffic growth.
- Build and manage the email marketing funnel ("Ritual Letters"), integrating segmentation and retention tactics.
- Collaborate with the design team on campaign visuals, copywriting, and brand tone across all platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, repeat purchase rate, engagement) and recommend refinements.
- Research and monitor competitors, market trends, and luxury marketing best practices.
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing (luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness preferred).
- Strong understanding of PR, influencer, and partnership management.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting funnels.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and content strategy.
- Excellent writing skills in English for captions, emails, and content.
- Sensitivity to luxury branding, visual storytelling, and cultural positioning.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable reading dashboards, extracting insights, and optimizing spend.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with clarity, calmness, and precision.
- Previous experience in luxury, wellness, or high-end lifestyle brands.
- Contacts in the PR and influencer ecosystem (Europe or global).
- Familiarity with Shopify, Webflow, and marketing automation tools.
- Creative background in copywriting, content creation, or art direction.
- Interest in sleep culture, rituals, and poetic storytelling.
- A defining role in shaping the growth and cultural impact of a new luxury house.
- Competitive salary based on experience (range: IDR 8,000,000–12,000,000 per month).
