Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers to increase sales.
- Ensure the achievement of targets.
- Complete administrative tasks required of a Sales Executive (e.g., monthly visit reports, sales forecasts, preparing price quotations, and submitting/creating credit limits).
- Assist in handling customer complaints.
- Support the follow-up of customer billing.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a chemical company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales with strong selling skills.
- Possess strong soft skills, including responsibility, diligence, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, reporting, presentation, and communication skills (holding relevant training certificates will be an advantage).
- Possess a positive attitude, high motivation, initiative, and a can-do mindset.
- Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for daily sales administration.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta, and Surabaya.
