We're Hiring: Network Engineer (On Site at Customer Location)
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. This role requires direct placement at customer sites to ensure smooth network operations, system reliability, and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Setup & installing network devices.
- Handle Core Network with own ASN & IP Public.
- Work with BGP to manipulate the traffic incoming and outgoing.
- configuring and maintenance network equipment including routers, switches.
- Troubleshoot and investigate network issue.
- Monitoring network performance and make an improvement if required.
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points, firewalls).
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure network security compliance.
- Provide technical support and clear communication to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience working at ISP/NAP at least 1 year (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have experience in Routers & Switches is a must
- Have knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, firewall, OSPF, VPN, QoS, BGP and etc.
- Strong knowledge of Network Technology (VLAN, Aggregation, High Availability Network, Dynamic Routing)
- Basic knowledge Linux Administrator.
- Familiar with network equipment Mikrotik / Juniper / Cisco / others.
- Having CCNA, CCNP certificate is preferred
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or network technician.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Juniper, or similar devices.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MTCNA, HCIA are a plus.
- Willingness to travel, work flexible hours (shifts/weekends), and be on site at customer locations.
