Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights
  • Create a Editorial Plan including post schedules, campaign themes, and creative formats
  • Conduct trend to generate relevant, engaging, and up to date content ideas
  • Collaborate with design teams to align creative concepts with overall communication objectives
  • Conceptualize, produce, and execute creative content for various platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube, etc)
  • Ensure all content meets brand identity standards in visual and verbal tone
  • Utilize trending audio, filters, and storytelling techniques to enhance reach and engagement
  • Act as on screen talent when necessary (e.g., for tutorials or brand videos campaign)
  • Manage day to day operations of all company social media channels (schedule and publish post)
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor brand sentiment and online conversations, escalating relevant feedback when needed
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners for social media campaigns
  • Prepare creative briefs and coordinate content execution with external collaborators
  • Support digital events or activations, such as live streaming, online campaigns, or brand partnerships
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align organic and paid social efforts
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness based on data and user feedback
  • Continuously improve content strategies using analytics and market insights
  • Experience in Performance Marketing ; managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid campaign tools
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging tools, and social media innovations
  • Continuously explore new creative approaches to keep brand content fresh and relevant

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communication, Marketing, Design, Multimedia, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital creative, social media, or content creation roles.
  • Strong portfolio of creative work (social media content, video, graphic design, or campaigns).
  • Passionate about the digital and creative industry, with strong awareness of current social media trends.
  • Energetic, communicative, and able to collaborate across teams (marketing, design, production).
  • Creative thinker with high initiative, adaptability, and curiosity for emerging trends.
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable being on camera if required.
