Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and industrial relations.
- Design and implement HR systems and policies to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on talent management and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field); a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–10 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, talent management, and industrial relations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
