Job Description :

  • Handling complaints of customer/tenant
  • Record & forward complaints to the relevant team (property management/building management)
  • Announce regulation in Property Management or Building Management
  • Build good relationship with customer/tenant
  • Create and handling event/gathering for customer

Requirements :

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Have a minimum priority experience for 2 years in the related field is required for this position in property/building management
  • Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, customer services oriented and pleasant personality
  • Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
  • Good command in English both oral and written
