Job Description :
- Handling complaints of customer/tenant
- Record & forward complaints to the relevant team (property management/building management)
- Announce regulation in Property Management or Building Management
- Build good relationship with customer/tenant
- Create and handling event/gathering for customer
Requirements :
- Holding a Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Have a minimum priority experience for 2 years in the related field is required for this position in property/building management
- Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, customer services oriented and pleasant personality
- Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
- Good command in English both oral and written
