Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Computer Management/ Information Technology/Information Systems/Informatics Engineering.
Minimum of 7 (seven) years of experience in the field of design and implementation of large-scale systems (including national identity systems and/or other identity systems).
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in providing consulting services or technical advice for National Digital Identity
Experience of at least one project in identity verification methods, including biometrics, document verification, facial recognition, and multi modal biometric recognition.
