Qualification :

  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Fluent in English both of Reading & Written
  • Communicative
  • Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
  • Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA

Responsible :

  • Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
  • Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
  • Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete All Chat Logs
  • Updating customers profile into computer
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
  • Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
