Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring IT infrastructure operations, including hardware, software, networks, servers, data centers, security systems system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to optimize infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
- Supervise, coordinate, and train IT staffs to perform all actions related to all IT matters.
- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Make sure troubleshooting of IT systems (PC, Servers, PABX systems, CCTV, public equipment [projector, webcams, etc) is running properly.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of IT infrastructure systems and data through appropriate measures and protocols.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/Information technology.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure & Business Process operations, preferably in a supervisory role with Minimum 3 years of experience in Leader Position.
- Have experience in the process of making an application related to requirements, design,development, testing and documentation
- Deep knowledge and experiences in ERP, project data management, database design & implementation, and web application development Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient infrastructure solutions.
- Willing to be located in Cimahi (Bandung).
