Job Responsibilities (Purchasing Assistant):
- Assist in ensuring materials and equipment purchased meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the assurance of material supply and maintain stock records.
- Help with basic quality checks on purchased materials.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for traceability.
- Support purchasing workflow procedures and filing.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and update relevant records.
- Assist in verifying purchase orders and goods received.
- Support payment processing by preparing relevant documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Executive or Supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least Certificate or Diploma in any related course and knowledge.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa & English.
- Team player, Promote positive working environment & commitment.
