Job Responsibilities (Purchasing Assistant):

  • Assist in ensuring materials and equipment purchased meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the assurance of material supply and maintain stock records.
  • Help with basic quality checks on purchased materials.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for traceability.
  • Support purchasing workflow procedures and filing.
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery status and update relevant records.
  • Assist in verifying purchase orders and goods received.
  • Support payment processing by preparing relevant documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Executive or Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • At least Certificate or Diploma in any related course and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa & English.
  • Team player, Promote positive working environment & commitment.
