What you will do:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK).
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to regulatory bodies such as BAPPEBTI, OJK, KBI, and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and support annual audits, liaising with external auditors and internal departments to provide required documentation.
• Ensure tax compliance including monthly and annual tax reporting (PPH, PPN, and other relevant Indonesian/International taxes).
• Monitor and evaluate internal control systems; propose and implement improvements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support finance-related projects and management reporting as needed.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable institution.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial closing, reporting, consolidation, and financial systems enhancement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as OJK and Bappebti is a plus.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.\
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
