Job Description:
- Monitoring and analyzing SeaBank's Branch business development & sales performance
- Monitoring sales quality assurance, business standards & support
- Checking the accuracy and ensuring internal & external reports related to branch business with other relevant team
- Implementing, evaluate and monitor quality assessment plan of marketing processes of branch KPIs, business strategy, sales and performances
- Perform documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions at the branch office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 2 (two) years experience in branch quality assurance/branch support/sales marketing or relevant position
- Experience in managing small team would be a plus
- Familiar with business processes in the banking industry
- Familiar to analyze financial reports & able to communicate in English written and verbal
