Job Description:

  • Monitoring and analyzing SeaBank's Branch business development & sales performance
  • Monitoring sales quality assurance, business standards & support
  • Checking the accuracy and ensuring internal & external reports related to branch business with other relevant team
  • Implementing, evaluate and monitor quality assessment plan of marketing processes of branch KPIs, business strategy, sales and performances
  • Perform documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions at the branch office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • At least 2 (two) years experience in branch quality assurance/branch support/sales marketing or relevant position
  • Experience in managing small team would be a plus
  • Familiar with business processes in the banking industry
  • Familiar to analyze financial reports & able to communicate in English written and verbal
