Role Description
This is a contract role for a Key Account Manager. The position is hybrid, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some allowance for working from home. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as analytical assessments, account management, business planning, customer service, and managing key accounts. The individual will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- A minimum Diploma in all majors
- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Manager or Sales
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Can learn new things and be oriented
- Experienced in consulting and training company or certification agency (poin plus)
- Interest in business and consumer behavior
- Based in Jakarta
